The Ambassador of China to the Philippines, Huang Xilian, led the celebration of the International Chinese Language Day in Jose Abad Santos High School, Binondo, Manila, on Wednesday, Apr. 19.

The event was also graced by Chinese Political Counselor Zheng Junlyu, school principal Dr. Elena Reyes, House of Representatives Deputy Speaker Roberto Puno, Representative 2nd District of Bataan Albert Garcia, DepEd ICO Director Margarita Ballesteros, Chinese Education Counselor Xiong Sheng, and DepEd-Manila Superintendent Dr. Rita Riddle.
