Portrait of Aunty Shirley Peisley unveiled in Adelaide

A South Australian Aboriginal elder who played an important role in the 1967 referendum is being celebrated with her portrait unveiled in the Adelaide City Council Chamber. Aunty Shirley Peisley is the first Indigenous person to have a portrait hung in the chamber.
