Footage shows Susan Jump, 58, from St. Helens, Merseyside, lying on a VibraPower, a vibration plate machine that uses an oscillating motion and is designed to burn fat.
The machine is seen vibrating so intensely that Susan's dentures come loose to the amusement of those around her.
Susan's daughter Jade Jump, 28, who filmed the amusing video on March 23, said they did not expect her mother's teeth to come out.
'We just did this for fun. She wanted ago but did not expect her teeth to become loose,' Jade said. 'She was only on the machine for a minute or so.
