-Peel off the potatoes and grate them. -Now wash them 2-3 times to remove all starch. -In a bowl, add grated and washed potatoes, corn flour, all-purpose flour, gram flour, red chilli flakes, salt, red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder, green chillies, ginger garlic paste,fresh coriander and mix well. -In a wok, heat the cooking oil. -Dip the hands in water and make a ball of mixture. Place the balls in heated oil and leave them for 2-3 minutes on medium to low flame. After 2-3 minutes, stir the spoon. -Bring out the half fry pakora from the oil. -Now place them on a board and press them gently with the palm of your hand or cut the pakoras in two halves. At this point, after cooling the half-cooked Pakora, you can store them for 2-3 days in an airtight jar in the refrigerator (don’t save them in the freezer). -Again, fry the Pakora for 3 minutes on the medium-low flame from both sides until golden brown & crispy. -Serve them with chutney or ketchup.
Tips and Tricks:
