Infected Blood: This is the worst treatment disaster in the NHS

Inquiry Chair, Sir Brian Langstaff, has set out his most recent report on the Infected Blood Inquiry. It comes decades after HIV and Hepatitis viruses were spread to patients through contaminated blood transfusions between 1970 and 1991.
