Low Pulley Bicep curl Dual Cable
  • last year
The cross biceps cable exercise is an isolation exercise that primarily targets the biceps muscles, but also works the forearm muscles to a lesser extent. It is performed using a cable machine with the pulleys set at a low height.

To perform the exercise, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and facing away from the cable machine. Grasp the handles attached to the cable with your palms facing up and your arms extended straight down to your sides.
