Prince Harry returns to High Court as Daily Mail publisher privacy claim hearing nears end
  • last year
The Duke of Sussex returned to London’s High Court on Thursday, 30 March, as his lawyers resisted an “ambitious” and “unattractive” bid by the publisher of the Daily Mail to end his legal action against it.

Prince Harry and other public figures such as Sir Elton John and Baroness Doreen Lawrence, accuse Associated Newspapers Limited of having “concealed wrongdoing” over the alleged unlawful gathering of their private information.

The allegations are denied.
