He soothes patients in the waiting room, puts smiles on their faces before an anxiety inducing treatment, and makes them temporarily forget about cancer: Snoopy, the new "recruit" at the Curie Institute in Paris is a dog that also creates links between the carers. "It's a way of bringing a kind of humanity into the hospital," explains Isabelle Fromantin, the nurse-researcher in charge of the team.
