Author Kate Fagan is a sneakerhead who believes shoes should be worn and not just collected. Fagan's fourth book is "Hoop Muses: An Insider's Guide To Pop Culture And The (Women's) Game." It's a collaboration with curator (and former WNBA All-Star) Seimone Augustus and illustrator Sophia Chang.
