A House panel is giving Negros Oriental Representative Arnolfo Teves another ultimatum this time, to physically show up and answer questions on compliance to his expired travel clearance.

Teves fears there could be grave threats to his life if he returns as he has been tagged in the killing of Negros Oriental Governor Roel Degamo.
