Children face developmental delays after cochlear implant bungle

The Women's and Children's Hospital has apologised for a systemic medical bungle which saw children fitted with wrongly-programmed cochlear implants leading to lifelong development issues. The hospital says it's investigating what caused one in four children to be affected but families want an independent review and compensation.
