Rajad age 11 years from Tando Muhammad Khan fell down from a tree, he got a minor fracture but due to a lack of health facilities in the city with a population of over 6 lac Rajad was not treated well, due to negligence at Tando Muhammad khan Rajd lost his leg, Somehow family of the eleven years old Rajad contacted sarim Burney Trust, SBTI takes responsibility of Rajad, he was diagnosed with Cancer, now raja and his father is residing at sarim burney shelter home and is provided with health care facilities from a Hospital at Karachi.
