A winter Nor’easter brings snow and heavy winds to New England. The Berkshires in northwestern Massachusetts had the heaviest snowfall with recordings of 28 inches (71 centimeters) in the town of Windsor. Coastal areas hit with rain and high winds are experiencing large waves and flooding.
