The Philippine Coast Guard is trying to find out if the oil slick that was seen in Taytay, Palawan on March 10 is from the oil spill in Pola, Mindoro.
Meanwhile, the local government of Taytay hopes to receive information on the possible effects of the oil spill, especially on the livelihood of their seaweed farmers.
