Troubleshooting Fenix LD20

Fix a Fenix LD20 that can't change modes, after incorrectly activating turbo mode.
To fix:
1. Switch off flashlight.
2. Remove tail cap.
3. Wait 10-20 seconds
4. Re-attach tailcap.
5. Activate torch.
NOTE - I roughly measured 10 seconds to be enough to clear the charge.
