The Chairperson Of The Finance Committee In The Council Of Governors Fernandes Baraza Announced That The National Government Has Put Fiscal Policies To Remedy The County Pending Bills Head Ache, Baraza However Said That The Committee Will Assess Pending Bills For All The 47 Counties Before Authorising Payment.
