According to the calendar of 2023, it is needless to say that Dola Yatra will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 7th, then Holi will be celebrated again on March 8th. Thirteen Parbans in the twelve months of Bengali; And one of them is Dol Poornima. It is said, there are various myths about Sri Chaitanya's birthplace Sridham Navadwip Mayapur centered around this Dol Purnima. Therefore, people from all over the country flock to the swing festival there. ISKCON's main center Sridham Mayapur has organized a month-long festival to mark the 536th birth anniversary of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. Among the events are the special Vaishnava Conference, Navadwip Mandal Parikrama, Vishwashanti Boat Vihara, procession, Bhagavata reading in different languages, several seminars, Bhajan Kirtan by devotees from different parts of the world in different languages, various plays, music and Sri Sri Radha Madhava. Devotees are invited to circumambulate the temple grounds on elephants and distribute free prasad. There is no barrier to enter the temple, everyone has the right to participate regardless of caste, creed and caste. The temple premises have been beautified, while special attention has been paid to the safety of devotees from far and wide. Before Dolpurnima, Mayapur is full of visitors. According to temple sources, the appearance day of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu will also be observed with due dignity on Friday, March 18. During Dol Purnima, the festival of colors and Abir takes place all over India. Exception, Rang and Abi are not played in ISKCON temples. On that day there are many festivals in the temple. In the evening, during the appearance of Lord Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, flowers will be offered and prayers will be offered for world peace and world welfare. Dol Purnima will be celebrated with devotion in the grand event in accordance with the Corona rules.
