The Government Has Been Urged To Reinstate The Sacked Kenya Wildlife Service Community Scouts To Enable Them To Continue Serving The Community And Help In Conserving The Environment. At The Malindi Marine Park, There Were 36 Kws Community Scouts Who Have For The Last Two Years Reportedly Made A Major Impact In The Conservation Of Turtles And Ensuring That The Marine Protected Area Was Clean. Reports Indicate That For The Two Years, Turtle Hatching Increased Due To Their Vigilance And Support In Ensuring That Turtle Eggs Were Safe And Managed To Release Over 3000 Hatchlings Back Into The Ocean.
