France on the verge of 'water crisis' following ongoing drought

A French government minister is warning the country could be on the verge of a water crisis - as a result of an ongoing winter drought. France has had little or no rain in the last few weeks - and water levels have dropped alarmingly. Spain has also suffered from the drought - as the BBC's Tim Allman explains.
