Prime Minister Narendra Modi released the 13th instalment of about Rs 16,000 crores under ‘PM-Kisan’ and laid the foundation stone of multiple projects worth more than Rs 2,700 crore in Karnataka’s Belagavi on February 27. While addressing the public, PM Modi expressed that he felt disheartened to see how the Congress party disrespected the most senior leader Mallikarjun Kharge. He said, “Mallikarjun Kharge has served the public in whatever way possible...I was disheartened to see how the most senior leader, the president of Congress has been disrespected by them...The world knows who has the remote control.”
