Rishi Sunak has hailed his new Brexit deal with the EU to resolve issues with the Northern Ireland protocol as providing “a new way forward.” The new legislation named the Windsor Framework is made up of three key policies, which will now need to be backed by lawmakers on both sides of the Channel to be enforced.
