Union Minister L Murugan assures to bring fishermen safely from Sri Lanka

While speaking to ANI in Chennai, Union Minister of State for Fisheries L Murugan on February 27 assured to bring fishermen safely from Sri Lanka. L Murugan said, “National aquatic animal surveillance will work for the protection of fishermen and fishes. It will also work in improving our export. We are constantly discussing fishermen issues. We are bringing the fishermen from Sri Lanka safely. We will speak about it at Ministers level meeting, probably in April.”
