Are you aware of your rights as a consumer, or the avenues available to you to seek redress for grievances? A survey conducted by the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs in 2018 found that less than 40% of Malaysians were aware of their consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act. On this episode of Consider This, Melisa Idris speaks to Mohideen Abdul Kader, President of the Consumers Association of Penang (CAP).
