Momentum for an Indigenous Voice to Parliament is building with the first official event for the yes campaign. Hundreds turned out to express their support with the Prime Minister declaring it's long past time for a change. But the opposition leader says many questions remain unanswered and predicts the referendum for a voice will be unsuccessful.
