A dog with crippling anxiety is enjoying his life behind bars after he was adopted by inmates at Tasmania's Risdon Prison. Ceasar can't be left alone for more than half an hour, and because of this, no one on the outside wanted him, until now, where he is living his best life, with a sense of security only prison can provide.
