Presidents Gustavo Petro and Nicolas Maduro meet at the border between Colombia and Venezuela to sign an agreement that aims to revive trade between the countries. The agreement was originally signed in 2011 but had been frozen for four years due to a break in bilateral relations due to political tensions.
