Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan's love story is a well-known one in Bollywood. They met in Delhi in the 1980s, when Shah Rukh was just starting out as an actor and Gauri was studying at the prestigious LSR College. They fell in love and began a relationship, which faced challenges due to their different religious backgrounds and cultural differences.

In an interview, Shah Rukh Khan once shared how he proposed to Gauri, he said, "I had just started working on 'Circus' and I was poor. One day, I saw her (Gauri) in a white sari and I went mad. That's when I actually went down on my knees and said, 'I love you, let's get married. But, if you don't want to, don't say yes, just say no'." After some initial reluctance, Gauri agreed, and they got married in 1991 in a traditional Hindu wedding ceremony.

Their marriage faced some initial struggles due to their different cultural backgrounds, but they overcame these challenges and have been together ever since. Today, they are one of Bollywood's most iconic couples and have three children together: Aryan, Suhana, and AbRam. They have also worked together on various business ventures, with Gauri establishing herself as a successful interior designer and producer, while Shah Rukh continues to be one of Bollywood's biggest stars.
