: "I was watching the planes fly around the balloon as it floated towards the beach and the news said they were going to shoot it down. I started taping as one of the jets was going towards it. Soon after, I saw the missile ahead of the plane and watched as the balloon fell. About 30 seconds after we saw the hit, there was a loud boom."
