  • last year
The BBC has announced 10,000 free tickets for the King's Coronation Concert at Windsor Castle on May 7, the day after the King's coronation.

The online ballot, run by Ticketmaster, opens at 7am on February 10 and is open to UK residents, those in the Channel Isles, the Isle of Man, and British Forces postal addresses. Each successful applicant can nominate a guest, as long as they are 11 or over on February 10, 2023.

The winners will be chosen based on geographical spread and not on a first-come, first-served basis.

To apply, visit www.bbc.co.uk/coronationconcert. The ballot closes before midnight on February 28.

The line-up will be revealed in the coming weeks and should include some giants from the world of entertainment. The concert will be broadcast live on BBC One, BBC iPlayer and on Radio 2
