The people of Patna and Bihar can enjoy birthday or other celebrations on this boat. The state has a greater tourist footfall than Goa. Be it for ‘Pind Daan’ or those visiting the state from many South Asian Buddhist countries. Challenge is to make sure tourists spend more time in the state.”
