Police have appealed for witnesses following a brawl that took place in the stands of the Premier League Darts in Belfast last night.

It comes as a video has been posted on social media showing around ten people involved in a punch-up, which the tweet including the video, says took place at the darts in Belfast - which were taking place at the SSE Arena.

The video shows a group of people involved in two separate fights in the same section of the stand, with a number of those involved throwing punches.

The fight looks like it has just started as the video starts, with one fan quickly moving out of the way to avoid getting caught up in the fracas.

Other spectators are then seen clambering over stairs to get involved in the fight.

The fight on the left-hand side appears to show one spectator appearing to fight off several people.

It then spreads to the far side of the row where several other people appear to be fighting.

A police spokesperson said: 'Police received reports of an altercation involving several people during a sporting event in east Belfast on Thursday evening February 2nd .

'It was reported to police that two men and a woman were assaulted during the incident, however, no serious injuries were reported.

'Enquiries are ongoing and police would appeal to anyone with any information about the incident to contact 101.

The darts itself saw Chris Dobey win on the night as beat three opponents including Peter Wright, Nathan Aspinall, and Michael Van Gerwen.
