Would a poor food hygiene rating stop you from eating out in and around Birmingham?

The Food Standards Agency’s rating scheme is a subject of much debate. Food businesses are audited to determine how hygienic their products are, and given a 0-5 rating which is made available to the public. I’m here in Birmingham to find out from the people here if it would inform their choices.
