This time i show the location of 3 new recipe after ver1.3 update. The first recipe located on Wangshu Inn, by talking to Verr Goldet, recipe name is Vegetarian Abalone, second recipe and third recipe located on Liyue Harbor, by talking to Licai (Stone Harbor Delicacies) and Yueshu (Fullmoon Egg).
