Tens of thousands of Penangites thronged the Setia SPICE Arena in Bayan Lepas on Monday (Jan 23) to attend the Chief Ministers Chinese New Year open house.
The special guests were none other than Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and his wife Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail.
