340 PDL released from the New Bilibid Prison after completing their sentences

Department of Justice (DOJ) Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla, Bureau of Corrections Officer-In-Charge Ret. General Gregorio Catapang Jr., and Public Attorney's Office Chief Public Atty. Persida Acosta led the release of 340 Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) that completed their sentences on Jan. 23, 2023 at New Bilibid Prison (NBP) in Muntinlupa City. The newly released PDLs were given a Certificate of Discharge and assistance to start a livelihood. (MB Video by Arnold Quizol)
