Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim on Sunday (Jan 22) said the annual expenditure distribution and appointment of Sabah and Sarawak representatives in the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) are among the main issues in the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63) which have been successfully resolved by the Unity Government.
