दिल्‍ली (Delhi) में 23 व 24 जनवरी को हल्की बारिश (Rain In Delhi) होगी। 24 जनवरी को तेज आंधी (strong wind) के साथ ओले गिरने (hail fall) की आशंका है। मौसम विभाग (IMD) ने चंबा (Chamba), कांगड़ा (Kangra), मंडी (Mandi), कुल्लू (Kullu), शिमला (Shimla), लाहौल-स्पीति, किन्नौर (Kinnaur) जिले के कई भागों में भारी बारिश-बर्फबारी (rain and snow) का येलो अलर्ट (yellow alert) जारी किया है। दिल्ली में कड़ाके की सर्दी ने रेकॉर्ड (winter breaks records) तोड़ दिया है।
