AMAZING “PILLARS OF CREATION” CAPTURED BY NASA’S JAMES WEBB SPACE TELESCOPE FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER!
  • last year
the "Pillars of Creation" is a photograph of a small region of the Eagle Nebula, taken by the Hubble Space Telescope in 1995. It shows three columns of cold gas and dust that are being lit up by the ultraviolet radiation from nearby hot stars. The James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) is a more recent telescope that is set to be launched by NASA, but it has not yet been launched, so it has not captured the "Pillars of Creation" for the first time ever.
