Ingredients
Wheat flour 750 gm
Edible gum 200 gm
Jaggery 2 cups
Caster sugar ½ cupClarified butter 2 ½ cup
Grated coconut 1 cup
Sliced almonds ½ cup
Sliced pistachio ½ cup
Cardamom powder 1 ½ tsp
METHOD
Heat half quantity of clarified butter and fry gum little by little and remove. In the remaining ghee, add Jaggery and wheat flour, cook for at least 15 mins on low flame, then add in the remaining ingredients, mix well and save in a jar.
