Health minister Maria Caulfield says the government is focusing on a new pay deal for healthcare workers for the next financial year rather than the last one. Speaking on a tour of the mental health unit at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, Ms Caulfield said: “The new pay deal will come in from April, so that's what where our focus is at the moment.” Report by Jonesia.
