After working for 4+ years in project implementation in the social sector, Divya Sharma - a current student at ISDM, was able to identify gaps in her skillset and felt the need to take on management roles in the development sector. Seeking better opportunities and experiences, coupled with a strong desire to work on the most pressing problems around her in society, Divya chose to come to ISDM’s Post-Graduate Program in Development Management (PGP-DM).
