Meet the middle-aged woman who refuses to "dress her age" - donning revealing dresses and skimpy tops - and looks 20 years younger. Natalie Bright, 41, loves to wear crop tops, trackies, and figure-hugging dresses and says she feels exactly the same as she did in her 20s. The influencer works out five times a week and quit drinking four years ago to take better care of her health. Natalie says she has always looked young for her age and claims people mistook her for a school child when she was in her 20s. She says she's now often mistaken for a woman in her 20s by strangers and met with disbelief when she reveals she's 41. Natalie, a content creator, from New York City, US, said: “I wear what I want. “I don’t dress my age. “I like to wear something I have never seen before. “If you take care of your health and have a good mindset, you’ll look younger. “I still have a lot of grey hairs, but I embrace them now. “Grey hair is so cool.” Natalie hasn’t always liked looking young for her age and says it was frustrating when people would think she was still a teenager when she was in her 20s. “When I was in my 20s people thought I was in high school,” she said. “I hated it. “I wanted to look like a woman.” Now 41, people are shocked to find out Natalie’s real age as she is often mistake for being in her 30s and even her 20s. “I’m quite short so I think that’s some of it,” she said. “I think it’s also the way I style myself. “We’re all told to age gracefully but to still look our age. “I let go and didn’t care what people think. “I think that might be a big part of why I look young.” Natalie made the decision to go sober four years ago and exercises five days a week and walks everywhere around the city. “I eat very healthy,” she said. “I try to cook most of the time and avoid restaurants.” Natalie - who is happily married - admits she still has grey hairs which she has now “embraced”. “Sometimes I still get self-conscious of people looking at my hair,” she said. “But that’s their problem. “If you have grey hair, you should own it and now care what people think. “I want young women to know that.” Natalie loves to follow the trends and wear new styles that haven’t been seen before. She said: “I feel the same as I was when I was 20.” Natalie's tips for staying looking youthful - - Avoiding eating late at night - Avoids seed oil - Avoid alcohol - Avoid gluten
