Korean Glazed Chicken Drumsticks. Recipe by Always Yummy!

Chicken drumsticks definitely is the most welcome bite of chicken meat. Cook chicken legs in honey-garlic sauce, you will only need 30 minutes and a flavored and juicy hot appetizer on your table. You can serve such chicken legs as a main dish with boiled rice, vegetables or potato. Anyway success will be in the bag.

✅ Ingredients:
• chicken drumsticks – 2,2 lb / 1 kg
• vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
• honey – ¾ cup / 200 ml
• butter – 1 oz / 30 g
• garlic – 5 cloves
• ketchup – ⅔ cup / 150 ml
• soy sauce – ¼ cup / 60 ml
• sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
• parsley – 2 stalks

✔︎ You will need:
• oven
• pan
• bowl

Preparation:
1. Heat a pan with vegetable oil and lay out the chicken legs in it, salt and pepper to taste, fry the chicken over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Take out the legs into a bowl.
2. Switch off the stove and add the honey, butter, chopped up garlic, ketchup and soy sauce into the same pan, switch on the stove at low heat and stir well.
3. Lay the fried chicken legs into the pan with the sauce and pour each leg with it.
4. Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C and roast the legs in the pan for 18-20 minutes.
5. Take the pan out of the oven, sprinkle the honey-garlic chicken drumsticks with the sesame seeds and parsley and serve to the table.
