Baked Salmon in Foil. Recipe by Always Yummy!

If you want to impress your quests and relatives with tasty and exceptional dish this recipe for you. Delicate oven-baked salmon in a sweet and spicy glaze will hit everyone’s taste. Cook such a fish for your holiday dinner or birthday table. The beauty of it is that you will only need 30 minutes for cooking - 25 minutes of that is oven baking. Prepare yourself for delight and gratitude for such a dish.

✅ Ingredients:
• salmon – 2 lb /800 g
• olive oil – 2 tbsp
• brown sugar – 2 oz /50 g
• soy sauce – ¼ cup /50 ml
• garlic – 3 cloves
• lemon juice – 2 tbsp
• salt – 1 tsp
• ground black pepper – ½ tsp
• parsley – 2 tspb

✅ You will need:
• oven
• baking sheet
• foil
• bowl

Preparation:
1. In a deep bowl mix the olive oil, sugar, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, ½ tsp of salt and ¼ tsp of ground black pepper.
2. Cover a baking sheet with 2 layers of foil and lay out the salmon onto it, sprinkle with ½ tsp of salt and ¼ tsp of ground black pepper.
3. Pour the fish with the prepared sauce and wrap the foil as an envelope joining the foil edges well.
4. Preheat oven to 350°F /180°C and bake the fish for 20 minutes.
5. Take out of the oven, unwrap, pour with the sauce arisen and put the fish back unwrapped for 5 minutes more at 350°F /180°C.
6. When serving sprinkle your baked salmon with the chopped parsley and lay the lemon slices on it.
