भारत (India) के कोर्ट्स (Court)में न्याय पाने के लिए इतना लंबा इंतजार क्यों करना पड़ता है. इसपर NJAD यानी नेशनल ज्यूडिशियल डेटा ग्रिड ने एक सर्वे किया है. जिसमें चौंकाने वाले आंकड़े सामने आए हैं. NJAD के सर्वे (Servey) के मुताबिक भारत की अदालतों में फिलहाल 5 करोड़ से ज्यादा केसेज पेंडिंग (Cases Pending) हैं. इनमें से करीब साढ़े चार करोड़ मामले जिला (District Court)और तालुका के कोर्ट में ही लंबित है. भारत में 25 हाईकोर्ट्स (High Court) हैं. इन सभी हाईकोर्ट्स में 59 लाख से ज्यादा केसेज पेंडिंग है. वहीं भारत के उच्चतम न्यायालय यानी सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme) में तकरीबन 70 हजार केसेज पेंडिंग हैं.
