Ezra Miller Avoids Jail , With Plea Deal for Unlawful Trespass.
CNBC reports Miller allegedly broke into a neighbor's home in Vermont and stole alcohol in May 2022.
'The Flash' actor has struck a deal with prosecutors, pleading guilty to unlawful trespass, which is a misdemeanor offense.
The actor will pay a $500 fine
and be on probation for one year.
Continued mental health treatment
is also part of the deal.
The deal helps Miller to avoid
a three-month jail sentence.
