Malai Qeema

Chicken qeema 100 gms
Salt to taste
Cream half packet
Butter 1 tbsp
Chicken powder 1 tbsp
Green chillies chopped 5-6
White pepper powder a pinch
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1-2 tbsps
Yogurt 1 tbsp
Coriander to serve
Paratha to serve
Green chillies and ginger to serve

Method:
In a pan add oil with ginger garlic paste and add chicken mince with salt and the seasonings. Do not overcook, add yogurt and cream and put in on dum. Serve with butter, green chillies, coriander and ginger.
