A thriller called "19/03" takes place in Valencia on the final day of The Fallas (the fires).
Carlos, 10-years-old boy, will be with his father this weekend. On the final day of The Fallas, Dad promised to take him to the fireworks, but other commitments, like paying off his gambling debt, got in the way. Carlos sets off on his own to explore Valencia and take part in the celebrations because he feels abandoned and deceived by both of his parents. In the meantime, his father will have to deal with the stern debt collector. The thug fractures one of the man's fingers and threatens to do worse if he doesn't receive the full amount by dusk. In the end, we see the extremes to which a father and son will go to defend one another.
