Attorney Prakash Ramadhar, who represents the families of the divers who lost their lives in the Paria diving tragedy, has recommended criminal prosecution at the Commission of Enquiry into the incident.
As to whether that can happen was up for debate, with Ramadhar saying it would be ultimately left up to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
