Wife's hilarious prank pretending there's a live mouse in the kitchen - only for husband to find a keyboard mouse

A wife hilariously pranked her husband by pretending there was a live mouse in the kitchen - only for him to find a keyboard mouse. Brogan, 27, faked she had trapped the rodent under a saucepan and got her husband, Shane Cole, 30, to help her get it out of the house. In a video Shane is seen "freaking out" and questioning what to do before realising the ‘mouse’ is not a live creature, but a computer mouse and storms off. The couple - who went viral after they shared Shane throwing a wedding cake in Brogan’s face on their big day - love teasing each other and make up to £3k for advertorials on their social media platforms. Brogan is often found pranking Shane, but the pair admit they are just as jokey in real life. Brogan, a part-time admin assistant, from Coventry, Midlands, said: “Shane’s really funny with mice - so I knew he’d react well. “It’s all good fun. “I’m always pranking Shane. “I look up pranks for inspiration and put my own spin on them. “I did another one with a remote-control mouse. “I prank him about three times a week. “It’s all to get back at him after the wedding.” The pair started filming pranks over lockdown and became successful in 2021 after sharing their wedding prank video. “When we got married in 2016 Shane threw the cake in my face,” Brogan said. “We uploaded the video on our TikTok, and it took off. “That’s why I prank him so much now.” Shane was able to quit his job as a civil engineer last year to take content creating full time. The pair have two children together - Ellie, six, and Archie, nine – who love helping out with the practical jokes. “Archie loves seeing what we do,” Brogan said. “We’re constantly having a laugh and don’t take things too seriously in life. Shane said: “We’ve been together 13 years and we pranked each other daily before we even filmed it. “It’s just our relationship.”
